Why acting quickly pays off
In some situations, waiting isn’t a good option. Wood rot that keeps spreading into healthy wood, woodwork that has absorbed moisture from a leak, or storm damage can get worse if left — leading to a bigger and more expensive repair. Sometimes a resident or the board reports damage that can’t wait for the next scheduled maintenance round — for example on a gallery or shared area.

After that, just like with regular painting work, you’ll receive a clear, no-obligation quote before we start.

What if the damage turns out to be bigger than expected?
