Painting Company, part of CrumBouw, handles the personal data you provide to us with care. This privacy statement explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Who we are
Painting Company (Chamber of Commerce number 92096549) is a painting company for homes, owners' associations (VvE's) and real estate, active in Amsterdam and the wider Randstad area. What data we process
We process personal data that you provide to us yourself, for example via the quote form, the contact form, by phone or via WhatsApp. This includes:
- Name, email address, phone number and address
- Information about your painting project (type of work, surface area, planning, any photos you send)
- Other information you share with us, for example in a message or email
Why we process this data
We use your data solely to:
- Handle and respond to your quote or contact request
- Schedule a site visit and, if applicable, the execution of painting work
- Contact you about your request or an ongoing project
The legal basis for this is the performance of (steps toward) an agreement, and where that does not apply, our legitimate interest in responding to a question you ask us directly.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data to third parties. Your data is only shared with parties involved in handling your request:
- Web3Forms, the form service that technically processes quote and contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- GoedkoopSteigerHuren.nl, only when you indicate in the quote form that you would also like a scaffolding quote — in that case we pass on the data needed for them to prepare a quote.
- Our hosting provider, which keeps the website technically available.
These parties may only use your data for the purpose for which we provided it.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary to handle your request and, for a confirmed project, to comply with statutory retention periods (such as the tax administration retention requirement). Data from requests that do not lead to a project is deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the data we hold about you
- Have incorrect data corrected
- Have your data deleted, insofar as we are not legally required to retain it
- Object to the processing of your data
To exercise these rights, contact us via info@paintingcompany.nl. If we cannot resolve your concern together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
